Breathwork is one of the most cutting-edge and impactful ways to work through your issues. But to feel safe enough to do really deep work for nervous system regulation, trauma release, stress management, or personal growth you may want to work one to one with me.
I deliver these sessions via Zoom because I find it less jarring on your nervous system to be able to join me from where you feel comfortable.
The first session usually lasts around 75 minutes, allowing me to find out exactly what you are looking for. Subsequent sessions will be 60 minutes. You are advised to come a minimum of 4 times in order to have a full understanding of the practice.
Each session is bespoke and I use my extensive experience of wellness tools to suit your requirements. We start with a check-in conversation, followed by embodied movement (from my background in Kundalini Yoga, Pilates, Barre, TRE, and Qoya) before we move into our breathwork practice, meditation, and journalling. You will leave with a toolkit of techniques to do on your own as well as a recording of your session.
